Stairs lead to the master bedroom being a good sized double bedroom with feature fireplace, and a further double bedroom to the rear.
The property has a small front gate with steps leading down to the side gate, which opens onto a long courtyard area ideal for sitting in and enjoying the sunshine. This area is south facing. The gate at the rear leads to the right of access to the Flimwell road. Available late July for a long term let. Ideal for a single professional or a couple with a child. Unfortunately, no pets will be considered.
