    My service feedback with Sales

    They were very knowledgeable gave us a clear well reasoned valuation, produced a lovely brochure and got us an offer very quickly which we were happy to accept. They conducted the viewings which once we got used to it, we felt was beneficial. When we had concerns about the progress in the chain they were very responsive and we felt that they did everything possible to reassure us and to make sure things progressed.

    Professional service with a personal touch

    We recently sold and purchased through Freeman Forman and I cannot praise their service highly enough. They helped us to get our house on the market in record time with exceptional photos and high quality brochure. Even after an initial let down on the house we wanted to buy, they helped us find something even better, arranging quick mortgage advice so we could double check our budget and then helping negotiating a tricky deal! Throughout the process they were pro-active and also very responsive when we tried to get hold of them, always returning phone calls and helping us chase where needed. John, Vicky and the staff at the Tonbridge branch all new us and we found them to take a personal interest during this exciting but stressful time as we completed only 3 weeks before our baby was due to be born.

The presentation & photographs of our property details were 1st class & as a team they were keenly proactive in following up all leads.     My service feedback with Sales

    We chose freeman and foreman as they promised guidance and help through the whole process...well we didn't receive this. All viewings were done by ourselves, no financial service help was offered despite the mention of this being required. The only phone calls we had in the latter were harassing calls about our buyers pulling out (I expect this but given our personal circumstances I'd expect a little more understanding) no follow up with anything. 4%fees?? Would like half please seeing as we did most of the work, all they did was advertise the property...

    Freeman Forman restored our faith in Estate Agents!

    I can't rate Freeman Forman in Ringmer highly enough. They communicated well throughout the whole process, they were honest both when things went well and when things went awry. Emma went out of her way to find out exactly what was happening up and down the chain and made sure that we understood exactly what was happening. What a difference to the experience we had had with other agents.

    My service feedback with Sales

    The plans for my house had many mistakes, ie windows and doors in wrong place as was staircase. Also the description said there was a bus service and there never has been. The info on schools was also wrong. The fact that I had solar panels and alternative heating system was not emphasised as a big selling point. £1500 a year rebate and free electricity at times ought to have been made a selling point. John was very good otherwise I would have gone back to Cranes. He gets the star.

    Always had an excellent service. Respectful of my wishes also appreciated.

    Since becoming Freeman Foreman,services are much more efficient,albeit that there are a lot more costs involved for the Landlord. However,if this involves provision for the Tenant for safety reasons,this I feel, is imperative. There is no reason why a Tenant paying good money to a Landlord should not have first class service,as with the Landlord. No compromises,just a good liason between,Agent,Tenant and Landlord for efficiency all round..If a Tenant is treated well,(a good Tenant,that is) it makes for a good standard. By the same token,this is reciprocated,with the Agent being the middle liasor. Thank you.
