Very professional and helpful in the sale of my parents house. All the staff are knowledgeable and communication was excellent throughout the process - they always returned my emails and phone calls promptly. The straightforward sale took an extremely long time due, I assume due to the buyers solicitor, but Freeman Forman were good at chasing people up and I was kept informed throughout. They also made regular visits to the property to check all was ok when I was not able to.
