    My service feedback with Sales

    The plans for my house had many mistakes, ie windows and doors in wrong place as was staircase. Also the description said there was a bus service and there never has been. The info on schools was also wrong. The fact that I had solar panels and alternative heating system was not emphasised as a big selling point. £1500 a year rebate and free electricity at times ought to have been made a selling point. John was very good otherwise I would have gone back to Cranes. He gets the star.

    Always had an excellent service. Respectful of my wishes also appreciated.

    Since becoming Freeman Foreman,services are much more efficient,albeit that there are a lot more costs involved for the Landlord. However,if this involves provision for the Tenant for safety reasons,this I feel, is imperative. There is no reason why a Tenant paying good money to a Landlord should not have first class service,as with the Landlord. No compromises,just a good liason between,Agent,Tenant and Landlord for efficiency all round..If a Tenant is treated well,(a good Tenant,that is) it makes for a good standard. By the same token,this is reciprocated,with the Agent being the middle liasor. Thank you.

    Had our best interests...

    Excellent communication from all concerned in the Robertsbridge branch. I felt they had our best interests and moved us within 14 weeks. I would recommend them to anybody!

    Robbie Cross was always so positive that I would eventually sell my house despite setbacks!!! Always so helpful as were the rest of the team. Shame about promoting Countrywide Solicitors as they are NOT remotely concerned about their clients. Had a very bad experience with them and would recommend that they don't ever promote them. Thank you for eventually selling my house.

    They provided excellent service and sound advice from the start Communication was good all round we. We're kept informed over viewings prior to and with follow up responses which helped the stress levels The one major stress was when the. Sale fell through but it was quickly remarketed and soon under offer again the whole process took five months

    Sold our house in 3 weeks and got us an excellent price, thank you!

    Excellent customer care throughout the process. Found good buyers quickly, sold our house to the second buyer without many problems. They made sure we got the best price without jeopardising the sale. Only criticism would be the number of different people we had to speak to. There wasn't one person dealing with our sale but it wasn't a problem as they were all very helpful.
